EVERY BUSINESS HAS A STORY
And some stories deserve to be told properly.
Behind every local business, nonpro t, and community organization is a story. How it began, the
obstacles faced, the people served, and the purpose that keeps it going year after year.
Pahrump Bee and Over the Hump Saver are inviting local businesses, charities, community
organizations, movers and shakers to take part in our editorial storytelling.
These are not advertisements. They are real conversations thoughtfully written, professionally
presented, and focused on the human side of what you do.
We believe our community deserves more than slogans and sales pitches. We believe readers
want to understand why a business exists, who stands behind it, and how it contributes to the
place we all call home.
If your organization has a meaningful origin story, a mission rooted in service, craftsmanship, a
milestone, turning point, legacy or a message you want the community to truly understand we’d
love to hear from you.
Interviews are relaxed, respectful, and conversational. You don’t need to prepare a script or write
a word. We take care of the storytelling with care and professionalism. This is about authenticity,
not promotion. Connection, not selling.
“Our articles are not ads. They’re conversations
about real people doing meaningful work.”
We believe local businesses and nonpro ts shape the character of our community, yet their
stories are rarely told in full.
As a publication rooted in Pahrump and the surrounding valley for over 28 years, we see it as part
of our role to document who built this place, who continues to serve it and what values endure
beneath the surface. This is true editorial, thoughtfully curated and limited in availability.
If you’d like to be considered for an upcoming editorial feature contact us at:
Sales@OverTheHumpSaver.com or call and leave a voicemail at (775)727-8787
Include a brief note about who you are and why your story matters. Editorial features are selected
based on story value, community relevance, and available space.
